“Your local current temperature is..54 degrees!” WTF?
I’m finding this Iowa Winter difficult and a little disturbing. A freak season? Global Warming Epicenter?
I’ve spent most of my life living in both the Boston area and Seattle. I like Winter. After the Christmas holiday is over, there really isn’t much to look forward to until Spring Training and the Baseball season opener, so my mind and body likes to hunker down with a hot cup of coffee and get some work done until the spring thaw and with the planning and development needed for my new product, I need all the time and focus I can get.
But now, all I want to do is go outside and play. Go to a Baseball game. Get an iced coffee and walk around. Sounds like all great things but it’s JANUARY!
“Well, grab a laptop and head outside.”
Can’t do it. I learned a long time ago that no matter how great of a laptop I had, my productivity is awful. I’m probably 25-50% effective when on a laptop.
Also, if you’ve read some of my posts before, I like to keep it short & sweet. Thought in-Thought out and on the the next one.
